Posted on January 13, 2012. Filed under: Detox | Tags: , , , , , , , |

What is it?

A 3-week program designed specifically to slowly, safely, and effectively detoxify your gastro-intestinal system, liver, kidneys, gallbladder and other systems. It is a way to improve your diet, lose weight, increase energy, and improve digestion to say the least.

What is involved?

A modified diet (based on individual needs) usually consisting of only whole foods (no processed foods, or artificial sweeteners), fiber supplements, and cleansing shakes and herbal supplements.

Is there any risk?

No, because all of the supplements are made from food and herbs, and there are no artificial ingredients involved. Those taking Lithium drugs or blood thinners such as Warfarin and Coumadin are not advised to participate.

What are typical results?

Detoxification of your organs, assistance with seasonal and persistent allergies, increased energy, healthy weight loss leading to long term maintenance, clearer skin/complexion and more.

What is included in the program?

All of the SP Purification Packet supplements & shakes, daily emails including delicious recipes of foods and shakes, as well as optional weekly support counseling with Dr. Ash. These meetings will be used to offer support and guidance, discuss nutritional information, recipes, questions or concerns and more.

How do I sign up?

Call 972-317-0680 or Email Dr. Ash for more information at: or Dr.Ash@AshChiro.com

You should always consult a health care practitioner before doing a cleanse, especially if you have a medical condition so that it may be tailored to your body. Detox diets are not advised for children or women who are pregnant or nursing.
